Daniel James "DJ" Tamer Scholarship Fund
 In honor of D.J.'s life and his distinguished academic success, a scholarship fund has been created that will annually help provide financial support for one extremely qualified student from Lawrence North High School to attend an accredited university or college of their choice.

Announcements
August (including D.J.'s) Birthday Party
August 7th and 8th, 2010—'tis the weekend that D.J.'s family will be celebrating D.J.'s, Greg Sr., Angela's, Mary's, and Carson's birthdays (and D.J.'s life) with family and friends. All are welcome to stop by any time that weekend. There is a predictor run at 7:11 AM on Saturday morning, a Wiffleball game at 2 pm on Saturday, and a cookout following the game(s), around 5 pm. 2010 Scholarship Fund Recipient - Robyn Miley
2010 Lawrence North High School graduate, Robyn Miley, has been awarded the fourth Daniel James "DJ" Tamer scholarship, receiving $2,000. She will attend Ball State University in the fall, joining the women's soccer team.
In addition to her academic achievement, Robyn lettered three times in soccer and twice in track, was named the Marion County women's soccer player of the year in 2009, was named to IHSAA women's soccer 3rd-team All State, and helped the Lawrence North women's soccer team win their first ever Marion County championship.

 The next time you drive by a 7-Eleven, we encourage you to stop in and grab a nice, brain-freezin' Slurpee. While D.J. almost daily downed a 44 oz. Coke Slurpee, we're sure he wouldn't mind you enjoying any size or flavor.
